I saw the GM (Keira Glover) cussing at a customer while the other workers were trying to stop her while telling the customer she had just had a "bad day" They ended up giving the customer the money back and cookies while the customer was shaking all because they gave one customer a free sauce but would not offer her the same. She said she would leave a review and that is what caused the GM (Keira Glover) to start screaming and cussing. Wow, I've been stopping by here for a few months now and what a turn around. Food was perfect taste and fresh all around. Even the slaw was good. They upgraded the entire staff! Horrible service, the line was super long outside so I came in to order takeout. There was a man in front of me and we were the only two ordering, and the cashier proceeded to have the world's longest conversation before he even places his order. There were about 3 or 4 workers out front just talking doing nothing. After I finally placed my order, she hand my cup to one of the workers and I'm staring at her waiting for mine. I was excited to take my husband to zaxbys, I tried it in Florida & it was the best!! We stopped at this location driving home from Atlanta & wish we would've kept on driving. We ordered at 5:23 got our food at 5:50. The chicken was so tuff to chew, no sauces and the soda machine wasn't carbonated. I was not satisfied with my experience at all. I ordered the zensation sandwich meal. My sandwich was soggy and the fries were cold. I would have come in to get the order corrected but the doors were locked and the lights were off. The sign said you could enter with a mask...but I tried and was locked out. My daughters chicken strips were extra thin and the others' chicken sandwich was thin too...almost like it were cut in half or something, and their fries were not as cold as mine but were only kinda warm. My husband mentioned the strips being small on his nibblerz... I don't know when I will return to this location. When originally visiting we paid for our food but then was told there was no fillets. Instead of refunding, we were give 6 days to pick up our already paid for food. This is BY FAR, the WORST Zaxby's I have EVER been to and I've been to a LOT of Zaxby's as it is one of my favorite restaurants. This location CONSISTENTLY provides EXTREMELY POOR service which is reflected in the 1.5 star rating they have on google. I have returned more than once, giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe I just caught them on a "bad night" only to receive worse service than the time before. Friendliest and most patient staff ever which is hard to come by in FF, fries were made PERFECT crispy and seasoned well. The toast on my sandwich was perfectly crispy as well and not soggy and seeping with butter like other locations.
