I ordered the 10 wing special through the app after making my decision according to Zaxby's description. When I went in to get my order, standing at the counter, I was pretty much ignored until I spoke up. My disappointment was actually with the wings though, but there's lots more wing places to try here. I ordered "Traditional Wings tossed in your choice of sauce" but what I got was dry wings. read more

Zaxbys - Traditional wings-supposed to be tossed in mild buffalo sauce but they were dry except for the grease on them. - Fast Food Near Me - Hartsville, South Carolina

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. We placed a curbside order and waited in our parking spot for about 30 minutes. During that time, an employee brought food out to the car beside us but never acknowledged us or checked whether we were waiting for an order. After sitting there for so long, we finally had to go inside and ask for our food ourselves. Meanwhile 2 more workers sitting at the front door doing nothing. To make matters worse, our order was missing forks and straws. The food itself was fine, cold and soggy, but the curbside service completely defeated the purpose of ordering curbside. I hope this location can improve communication and pay closer attention to customers who are waiting. read more

Asked for extra seasoning... got none! Asked for a large fry and swapped coleslaw for fries and still got as much as you get in a snack for a whole meal, glad I wasted my money! If you're gonna order here make sure you have seasoning salt at home! read more

If you like feathers all on your chicken & chicken that taste bland & like it's been cooked in old grease , this is the place for you . It has definitely gone down hill . read more

I wish I were exaggerating, but the woman behind the counter looked severely impaired, nodding off, jerking back awake, bouncing around, and definitely not acting right. It was uncomfortable enough that the customer in front of us straight up left. What's crazy is that everyone else just let it happen. No manager stepped in. No one removed her from the line. She continued touching food while clearly not present in reality. Other employees wandered around and even left the building like this was totally normal. If basic food safety and customer comfort matter at all, this location needs serious intervention. read more

This location service is the worst. Misses something from my order and claim that all in the bag. Manger say she check the camera and call me back but never did. read more

Food was definitely overly expensive for what it was imo, the chicken tenders are bland and not adequately portioned for the price/meal . The fries were just ok the seasoning was Ok. Ultimately all in all , my trips have been very underwhelming and overpriced, leaving me feeling aggravated on top of still hungry read more

The veggies are OK at best, and over the span of the entire time they have been open, I've either gotten the wrong dressing, or no dressing at all. read more

I was pleased with the taste of my food today , but I did have a few issues. One of which was a long mid to dark hair in my loaded fries. The other was that none of the staff were nice during my visit. I would go so far to say they were sorta rude. That is why I gave it a lower score. read more

I paid 9.00 for two orders of fried pickles! Fried pickles are supposed to be crispy. This is the second time that I've gotten fried pickles swimming in grease! What a soggy mess! read more

The customer service was terrible. The food was half portions and the cookies were old. I love Zaxbys and have never had a problem with any other Zaxbys. read more

A very good value. Had the kickin chicken sandwich with crinkle cut fries and sweet tea. Sandwich & fries for $4.99! Not a huge portion, but I like the use of texas toast for the bread of the sandwich, and like the crinkle cut fries. read more

Decided to go grab zaxbys for lunch. Thankfully took the lid of my drink the eat the ice. Once I did I noticed the big piece of plastic sitting in my drink. While I know it shouldn't be dangerous to the fact I've been drinking this, I am pregnant and have been trying to take precautions as COVID is going around. This disgusted me and freaked me out. Called the store and the manager had an attitude as soon as she answered. I understand things happen, but this is disgusting. read more

Just left zaxbys. Legit asked if everything was in bag before I pulled out. Yes sir everything is right. Get home 15 mins away. Missing a tender out one box, missing all my extra sauces I PAID for. No slaw in either plates. I understand mistakes happen. However when I ask and you tell me it's all in there then it's not that's bs. Call the restaurant they don't offer anything to fix it or even a free drink after spending 40 dollars in chicken tenders. Make sure you check your food bc they aren't. read more

The place is horrible. Took forever to get my food. No place to sit. Will be my last try with them.

Asked for 2 specialized Cobb salads and received them. Great. Also asked for chicken nibblerz with no Zax sauce and tater chips. Instead, receives boneless wings meal. Pull back through, just to receive Nibblerz WITH Zax sauce, which was specifically asked not to be present. This is just the usual for this restaurant. Line's too long to go through AGAIN! Any other place is looking really good rn. Edit: Also, the tea tastes like what I would assume soap tastes like. read more

I really love their chicken salads. Fresh greens and perfectly cooked chicken on top make it such a great meal. [Served with texas toast.] Their service is EXCELLENT and they always seem so happy that you chose them! I really love this Zaxby's. read more

Zaxby's in Hartsville is very clean, fast, with great service. As with other Zaxby's, the regular entrees are way too much for one person.

Thoroughly impressed with this fast food joint! It is very clean, and the workers are very nice. Super clean restrooms, too! I got the Big Zax Snacks meal, which is 3 chicken fingers with AMAZING seasoned French fries and toast. The sauce they give you with it is good! My husband got a chicken sandwich that came with fries and toast as well. He cleaned his plate so I guess that's a good sign! We are here for work for the next couple weeks, so we will definitely be returning! **Came back and had the fried chicken salad! It was one of the best salads I have had in a long time! And I only finished half of it because it was so big!! read more

Zaxby's chicken is off the wall bonkers!!!! The sauce was exquisite and the fries were above average. We also showed up 1 minute before they open and they still let us is. However, the food took a while to come out and the plastic plates were a turnoff. read more

Food is almost always great! Very consistent with food. I have this one star for service. Didn't try to add on sale. What I mean is they keep saying is that it... my issue is I have a family of five! No that is not it! Should I stop ordering, am I putting you out. Maybe Nya was having a bad day. Don't know. Service was tough to say the least. read more

Great place! I loved the food and the floors weren't slippery and the forks weren't dangerous, thank god! I love chicken it makes me so wet. Only problem was the lady at the register had a cam newton dab on them hoodie so that was just gross. And the soda machine was cool and didn't squirt on me this time. read more
