'Manager' lawyer student arguing dood spent over an hour accusing me of bad driving even though the problem was negligent use of non signage and virtually invisible log chain below eyesight level accross driveway into main car wash area. This area is the place to get fuel for your thirsty vehicle. There are other stations, but this Mobil is the only one I've found that's pretty reasonable when it comes to the pricing of their petrol. The extra mile drive from my residence is worth it. The store is quite high on the cleanliness scale for those that are concerned, and they carry your standard fair. All the road snacks and drinks you know so well are here to help fuel you through your road trip once you've finished topping off your tank. Attached to this station and convenience store is a car wash, and a repair shop. Making this business a viable one stop shop. If you're local and you need moderately priced solid fuel this is your place, and if you're from out of town drive the extra mile. You'll end up saving a pretty penny, and you'll thank yourself in the end.

You can get the rest of the 30 days for free with no commitment to a membership. So I asked him TWO clarifying questions, first being, so after the 30 days, it won't auto renew and charge my card ? To which he replied "no, it won't". My second question just to double verify was, if I come back through in the next 30 days does that trigger the membership to auto renew? Which he said no it won't, you have to go on make your account, and THEN set up your membership to auto renewal if you want to do that. Seems pretty clear to me... Except to my surprise 30 days later, my membership auto renewed And when I called tidal wave about it and mentioned this whole interaction, they told me "sorry we don't refund for non-usage of a membership" well if I had known I had a membership I would've used it... I should have went with my gut and left after the first remark. There are plenty of car wash options in Rapid City...personally, I'll go somewhere else next time. My reason for this 2 star review is as follows: I noticed there were roll up doors on either side which would block the wind so I decided to press the down button and when it closed it made the most disturbingly loud noise -- that not only startled me half to death -- but was actually so loud that I now have a weird ringing sensation in my ears. This is extremely uncalled for and I fear it may have caused permanent hearing damage!!! Other let downs: You must have 10 quarters on hand because the change machine is broken. The foamy brush is offered but the brush part is missing. It's just a small stream of foam that drips from where the brush used to be. I didn't even bother with the vacuums which cost 1.00.
