After the (free) soup, which the very friendly ladies always serve before the meal at lunchtime, I picked an all time classic: Schnitzel with Röschti. The Röschti is, in my opinion, one of the best I have had so far - and I have had many Röschtis all over Switzerland! The Schnitzel (2 pieces) are very good as well, with a delicious breading and tender meat. All of this comes at a very reasonable price (I payed CHF 21.40, incl. soup and mineral water). The only thing a little bit intimidating is the portion: huge! So if you don't mind, I'll have a short nap to recover
