Ambiance and decor are very simple, but cosy. The bar offers a decent variety of beers, with some scandinavian choices along the classic Schützengarten (the local beer). The service at the bar is friendly and the music is usually good (depending on the DJ :P ) The "can do better" The place is really crowded on the weekends, so it's hard to find a place to sit sometimes

The menu jumps all over the place, from burgers to burritos, to Chinese noodles and Cajun catfish. Yes, we have all that in America, but certainly not under one roof! That being said, the food isn't anything spectacular, as is with any restaurant that serves a grab bag of meals. What shocked me the most - the price! CHF22.00 for a cheeseburger!? CHF24.00 for Chinese noodles or a burrito?!?! I realize things cost more in Switzerland than The States, but this is ridiculous! This food costs four times as much. In The States, we pay: - Cheeseburger (gourmet): $9.00 - Chinese Noodles: $7.50 - Burrito: $5.00 Interesting concept, Stars and Stripes, but I think I'll save my money and eat the real thing while I'm at home. The lights are slightly dim and the decor is really cozy, and if you want, romantic. The waitstaff is quick, and only checks on you when you need, and there are plenty of tables around windows to people watch. They have seating outside in front during warm times. Also, Seeger introduced me to coke and lemon... one of the most fantastic combinations since cheese and honey. Mein Freund lebt in St. Gallen jetz, und wir sind mit unserem Freundin einen Tag ins Restaurant Seeger getroffen. Restaurant Seeger ist sehr shon! Es ist warm und gross, aber privat auch. Ich hatte nur eine Getraenk aber ich mochte ein Abendessen probieren. Die Kellnerin war nett und schnell. Ich komme zurueck bald.
