Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to express my discontent with your bouncer this evening. Neither myself, nor my colleague were even the slightest bit intoxicated at 23:30 tonight (17/12/11). However, after politely asking for directions, we were mishandled by your bouncer. He gave no reason for our exculsion, but I believe it was because of my colourful hat. Ourselves and 12 of our friends were denied entry to your club on the incorrect assumption that one of us was under the influence of alcohol. Not only was this 100% incorrect, but it cost your club more than three drinks per person (x 12) over the next few hours. As students of the business course at the University of St. Gallen, not only would we have spent a lot of money at your club, but it would have helped the bar create a name for itself as the popular location to go to for drinks (as it is only 2 min by foot from the business building on Blumenbergplatz.)
Your bouncer denied us without reason and inconsiderately tonight. Because of this, your club will lose my business for the next 9 months and longer. I hope you take this into condsideration for your future door-hires. Kindest regards, read more
