Picked up an online order here and used the fitting room at the men's. Unfortunately, the staff member working there spoke to me in a very abrupt and accusatory tone, asking where I left the boxes, even though another employee had told me I could leave them in the fitting room. The lady who named Sarah works at the men's department is the rudest person I have ever met. I went to the store for my ready to be pickup order.She couldn't find my online order. Later I walked around the store and I found the item I was looking for then I asked the cashier if I could cancel my order. The cashier lady was so nice to help me double checked. After few minutes, Sarah came to me and yelled at me " I told you your order is not here! Do you want the third person to check your order!!" Even Hermes SA has better attitude than her. read more

Never order from Zara online. Their shipping partner Veho is awful. They lost my package and Zara will not refund because they can't confirm with Veho. Even though I have texts and emails stating loss of package in transit. SCAM read more

Personally, I never buy clothes firsthand, let alone from a fast fashion company. I just popped in here for a minute the other day because I was with a friend who wanted to go. Why are the sales associates mandated to dress like that? Imagine getting into a full suit on your way to make minimum wage at work. Employees are SO rude and they are sticklers with the return policy. It takes 2 weeks for your online order to come into the store and you can only return it 30 days from the day you placed the order, even if the item was damaged upon receipt worst Zara ever read more

Awesome spacious store, biggest of all Zara stores we have been to. Three entrance doors. So happy we dont have to get out of Staten Island to shop for our kid! PS. This is Staten Island, not newport... if you forget your bag and make a rant about it, it says alot about you :) read more

Extremely poor customer service. Just went there to return something, waited on line to be told that yes, they did have one more pair of the shoes I was looking for, but I would have to find the correct pair myself, (okay?). The associate then told me that once I find it, I won't have to wait in line again I'd just have to go to straight to her. Once I find my shoes, I got back to the counter and the associate is gone. Mind you while I was on line, this associate was complaining about how she wanted to go on break and how she was ready to leave when the line was a decent size. The managers there are rude. My wife bought a jacket for our son, it was $27. She never took it out of the bag. When she went to return it, they refused to return it. They said it was "damaged." The small stain (that wasn't from us!) easily wiped off. We went to zara in New Jersey, and they easily took the return (which is normal behavior). I called to file a complaint, and Nancy, the store director, refused to give me the name of the manager that gave my wife a difficult time with what should have been an easy return. I hope that store enjoys the $27, we will never be giving them a penny after that. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION !! Bought a suit jacket on a Saturday & came back the next Monday to return the item as I was not satisfied with the fit (the men's fitting room was not "operating" at time of purchase) as I requested to return the item the cashier proceeds to tell me she can't take the item back because the tag was not attached to the jacket, mind you I bought the jacket without the tag attached. The cashier at the time of purchase had to retrieve a tag for the item, they also wanted to complain about it being wrinkled mind you they are the ones who FOLDED the jacket and put it in a small bag for me (I was given NO Suit jacket Cover). I asked to speak to the manager and as he approached me I already knew why this store lacks business ethics, manager was dressed as if he's going to the beach. He relayed the same message and stated he can't take the return "even if he wanted to". A beautiful lie told straight to my face. Within the same day I went to another Zara location and they took the return back with NO PROBLEM, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This location is filled with employees who do not respect the customers & want to avoid any little extra work. This place needs a complete shake down of employees from cashiers to the manager who I have no idea how he could have even obtained that position. Anyways save your time & avoid this location at ALL COSTS. Seeing other reviews similar to mine just tells me it's not the customers that's the problem it's the unethical employees. read more

Spacious store with lots of clothing options. It's in a newish wing of the mall. Sales seem to be decent from what I could see.
