You must leave a message and then they will contact you back in 24 -48 hours, via their test portal! They do not call you and discuss your question, they just reply via a text through their "Klara" app. My wife had to be hospitalized because they did not respond to my many messages advising that they sent the wrong medication for her UTI. They took a urine sample on 4/29/2026. Tried to contact them every day and finally went down there and demanded to speak to a doctor on 5/7/2026. A nurse came out and said that Dr. Ganem was in a procedure and that he would call me after he got out to discuss my wife's medication. I stressed that I needed to talk to him that day as we needed a new medication prescribed as my wife was having severe complications with this uti and getting worse. The nurse assured me he would get back to me that day, "as he is good about returning calls", she said. He never got back to me and a nurse called around 9:30 am the next day, 5/8/2026, and suggested that I take my wife to the ER. I advised them to email me the lab results from the urine sample they took on 4/29/2026, immediately, as the hospital would need to see what the culture came back as, in order to treat. They did not send me the lab report, and the ER doctors tried calling 2 times to get those results and they had to leave a message also! They could not believe the incompetence in their communicating with doctors or patients, and they never got back to the ER doctors either!! My wife had to be hospitalized for 3 days and then had to go to in-house rehab for 2 weeks.
