Atl Glassworks has extremely high prices for basic things that you can learn online. I have always…read morelearned better in person so I booked a class figuring it would be an investment in my craft. I suffered a severe emergency and missed my class and following up with the company as soon as I was able to and was told that I can get zero refund or reschedule. So I am out $200+ dollars. I understand small business cant take a loss on the supplies but it isn't like they couldn't be used in another class. A full or partial refund or reschedule would've helped me a lot in a time of need due to the emergency. I realized just how easy it is to learn online and will be going that route. 1/10 overall. Edit to update: 50% off of a future class????? Like I'm going to come back when you can't give some grace for a mental health CRISIS .. not a "mental health day". I was not in a state to notify ahead of time or I would have. I didn't just forget to put you on my calendar. Just because you're a small business doesn't mean you shouldn't treat people like people if anything you should more so. That is what makes good word of mouth for small businesses. I have plenty of other sources I'd rather get help from. That have good business practice and don't steal peoples money when they're down.

We were in this building go for a wine making class and the business owner took us on a tour of the…read morebuilding. There are several Black owned businesses on this space and most are Black woman owned businesses. I loved the concept of Koncept House. I am planning to spend a day here. You can make soap, candles, other body care, have a drink, and shop all in one spaces. There are so many businesses here. The walls of the building are lined with beautiful artwork that you can also purchase. Parking is tight though. They have space behind the building and used to have a lot across the street. They day we came, the lot owner revoked access, so we had to all squeeze into the lot behind the building. There are a few spaces on the street next to an apartment building also. My friends and I are already planning a trip back to visit the many businesses in this building.

She had two assistants who were such a pleasure! I forgot their names unfortunately. They answered our questions, helped us pick out our scents, and set us up to make the candles. What a nice vibe! There was music and they served mocktails and popcorn. I loved the aesthetics ! As far as the price I'm not sure because my family paid. And I didn't want to look that up. But, I believe it's affordable because of the amount of clients coming through the door. Such a pleasant atmosphere. Id definitely recommend.

Megan & Jamela were working behind the counter who gave mom & dad all information they needed for the swim lesson...G-Ma got the info too - smile. The process for pre, during & after lessons was easy, clear & efficient. The pool was well cleaned as with the restrooms, changing & sanitizing stations. The staff rotates in up keeping & resetting all areas of the school. Especially the pool that is sectioned off for different age groups. Jordan, was the swim teacher who took wonderful care of my Grand & another little baby & did such an amazing job simultaneously. Only one parent is allowed in the pool during the lesson. However, there's a huge glass window with plenty of seating to view lessons & cheer on our tots. My Grand was such a natural in the water which made it comfortable to watch. & while you're at ease, help yourself to a complimentary cup of tea or coffee. The entire staff was really welcoming & kid friendly. They worked well together while constantly on the move in assisting, watching, safeguarding & cleaning. We began sending my daughter to Childcare Network when she turned one and I went back to work. We…read morehad a little snaffu getting her set up to start which had me pretty skeptical but we figured it was worth a shot. It turns out I was very wrong, we couldn't ask for a better daycare. She has now been in both the infant and toddler rooms and we are so thankful for her amazing teachers and staff and for the little friends she has met. We haven't had a single problem and are always able to get in touch with the front desk or director with any questions or concerns. There are so many daycare choices in this area and I feel super lucky that we found such a good fit.
