The Bowen jeweler was able to work with the setting to put in the specific diamond my fiance picked out from there. They also were able to put the ring together in one day since my fiance wanted to propose that night. Later I went to the store to check out where he had bought the ring. The entire staff was friendly and were so excited to hear about our proposal story. They told me to bring my ring in whenever I want to be checked and cleaned. I am very impressed! She brought the in-house jeweler to see what he could do to repair what the other shop had had done. AmRhein's jeweler listened to my concerns, examined my finger size and shape (older with arthritic knuckles) and asked about my daily activities ().
