The last time I had them to replace my battery in my watch they broke the watch band. They told me they would try to get me a replacement band for my watch. They called me back and stated that they couldn't find a replacement band and that if I found a band that they would reimburse me in full for the charges. The Invicta company is charging $141.00 to replace the band. I carried the paid invoice to them and they reimburse me the $141.00 for the charges. Before I left the store the lady told me that they No Longer will service Invicta watches. I am a African American Citizen.

I have a lifetime warranty on my ring and every time I go in to have it inspected, the people waiting on me are always very rude. They act as if you are being an inconvenience to them. Every single time. For 11 years now, I've had to send my ring back at least once every couple of years to have one of the diamonds replaced. Last year, my ring stayed at the jeweler for over half of the year. As soon as I got it back, another diamond fell out. Finally, the manager decided she was going to have a new ring made for me. That was in November of 2017. I got my ring back in February. I drive all the way there (it's a 45 minute trip for me) just for them to tell me they have to send it off again, to a different place, to have my wedding band taken off and sauntered to my new ring. Another month wait. I go back and pick up my ring. I get an email today stating that it's past my 6 month period to have it inspected. Meaning, if something were to happen to it right now, it wouldn't be covered under warranty!!! I literally just got a brand new ring from them less than a month ago. And now they're wanting me to drive back over there just so they can look at it and make a note in their computer. I will never buy another piece of jewelry from them again. They have been nothing but a HUGE HASSLE from day one. If you're going to sell crappy jewelry, at least have good customer service while doing it.
