The Cantonese tofu was definitely freshly prepared but they unfortunately don't know how to cook tofu- it was overdone crispy on the outside sponge nothing on the inside. Sauce was good with a little spice kick. It was difficult to communicate with the staff and I'd probably recommend finding somewhere else to eat if you happen to be in town.
