If i could give 0 stars i would. Worst physiatrist ive ever been to in my life. I came in to get help with mood and sat in the room for 5 minutes with Zachary Hatch to be told i have an "unspecified mood disorder" and to be given the same meds i've been taking for years that haven't helped. They then billed me 300$ for that after telling me they took my insurance (which they did not cause i paid 300$). I've called multiple times with concerns about my medication and was told to get a new physiatrist by the woman Alejandra . I went to see Dr. Zachary Hatch, initially thinking he might be unable to help me because his reviews weren't very impressive. He doesn't have a four or five-star rating, but I approached the appointment with an open mind. I was pleasantly surprised by his expertise. While his bedside manner may not be the best, that shouldn't deter you from seeing him. He is brilliant and has a remarkable ability to diagnose conditions accurately. He listens attentively and assesses your situation as you speak. He can tell when you genuinely need medication and will prescribe it accordingly, but he won't give you medications you don't need. I highly recommend Dr. Hatch. He will diagnose you correctly, and his staff is friendly and professional. I appreciate all of my doctors because they are excellent in their fields. If I didn't like my doctors or felt they were recommending unnecessary treatments, I would leave immediately. However, Dr. Hatch is genuinely an excellent physician. I will continue to see him and give a follow up review periodically. read more

Went in with concerns with my perimenopause symptoms and ADHD. Was ignored on all aspects and told I have an unspecified mood disorder. Extremely dismissive and condescending. Had a follow up and it was more of the same. An absolute nightmare to deal with. Worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. He'll "decide" what you have within minutes ignoring everything you have concerns about. Obsessive about me being on a mood stabilizer and getting "my mood right first" before dealing with anything else. Hormones aren't corrected with mood stabilizers but he had no interest in that, seemed like he just wants to be right. 0 stars. Awful. Terrible. Save your time and go ANYWHERE else. read more

This wasn't a good experience for me. Dr. Hatch prescribed medication that caused worsening symptoms. I continually reached out regarding the worsening symptoms, but was encouraged to continue with the medication for over two months. I finally sought out another provider who immediately listened to my concerns, took me off the medication's prescribed by Dr. Hatch and put me on medication that actually worked. read more

Dr. Hatch is the most unprofessional and condescending doctor I've ever been to. I came for a consult for ADHD medication. I was diagnosed by a different center after multiple days of testing (probably 12 hours) and have a full written report of my diagnosis. Dr. Hatch questioned how I could "think" I have ADHD and relentless pummeled me with insulting questions, including asking about my period and saying my family probably "walks on eggshells around me." Anytime he asked a question, I had about a 5 second window to answer before he interrupted me and questioned my answers. He asked about my education and said "so how do you have ADHD if you had a 3.8 gpa?" - to which I explained to him, the "professional," that people with ADHD, can still do well in school, it was just a lot more effort on my part to keep my grades up. He immediately became visibly mad at me for speaking up and said to my face "Well I see the emotional side now!" literally grinning and laughing at me. I flat out told him "you can't speak to me that way," and he put his hands down, leaned over his desk, getting close to my face and said "excuse me?!!" Nastiest man I've ever met. He told me "I'm not gonna be able to help you if you act like this!" so I stood up, told him I'm not comfortable with him and walked out. I truly can't convey through typing just how awful he was. I left sobbing because he was so mean. Invalidating my diagnosis is one thing (which I am used to), but raising your voice and trying to physically intimidate a 20 year old girl?? Disgusting. No doctor should get away with treating someone like that. I feel awful for anyone who's had to see him and hope he is relieved of his job. read more

Horrible ... scripts are mailed to patient instead of direct to pharmacy . Late and forgets to mail very important script to be filled . Meds run out due to this issue . Hard to get apt. This is a psyc office and she is sooo rude in person & on the phone , she hung up on me one time . She clearly hates working for Dr. Hatch who is by the way not very friendly either. Don't waste your time and go here he literally doesn't give you the time of day to make sure you get the medication you need nor does he listen to why you're there in the first place. Dr Hatch isn't familiar with chronic pain conditions and suggested my many genetic disorders that lead to chronic pain, fatigue and generalized anxiety was "all in my head" he also suggested that my rare condition that has me process pain and pain medication was also in my head. He's not familiar with EDS and how it works, or many of the other verified medical conditions I suffer from. He is part of the problem. Instead of referring a patient out he tells me that all of my medical tests and Drs were wrong. He spent all of 15min with me and pretend to know my very long and detailed medical history. I saw this doctor for the first time recently, and after about 15 minutes of leading questions, he proceeds to tell me I have a personality disorder which I don't have. I came in looking for help with medications to deal with my anxiety, and left even more upset than when I arrived. He is a horrible person. He added insult to injury.
