At this point it's been over three weeks since I started trying to get an appointment. I finally get them to agree to take an app time for me after all of this. I take off work early to go to it only to find out they never saved my appointment and it didn't actually exist. How does this office expect someone in mental health crisis to ever navigate this process and advocate for themselves when the office won't do their job and even save your appointment in their books?!
