This is the third incident since August of 2021, where the park was in crisis and he was no where to be found, shame on you Monolith for continuing to employ him. In fact, until today, there has been no siting since 12/24/21 and yet Monolith continues to pay a salary to a man who does not show up for the job on a daily basis. While it is not my style to express my views with social media, it has become clear that Monolith has no intention of acting on the concerns, which have been expressed verbally, and in writing for the last year regarding the poor work ethic, lack of skills and the lack of daily/weekly appearances by our maintenance man Clint Staley . You have chosen to ignore our concerns and by doing so, left your park manager and your paying residents stranded with no support, during some of the most difficult times of our residency. Monolith do your job and replace this maintenance man, we need someone present, with some maintenance skills and certainly someone with a little integrity and caring attitude towards this park and its residents.
