The day of supposed delivery my parcel status went from "Arrived at sorting facility" straight to "Attempted delivery". I could've easily been there had they bothered to scan the package as "Out for delivery" even 10 minutes prior. Of course, Purolator says it's impossible to communicate with a driver even when they make a mistake. Impossible for them to try EVEN A LITTLE to fix the situation: they could call me, redeliver or, at the very least, drop off the parcel that day at the nearest location once they found out they messed up. Instead I have to go the next day because they're too lazy to drop it off nearby until 11am. I can't believe how many times I've been in similar situations with Purolator. It must be the cheapest delivery company, because it's a horrible value for the end user. I called to leave a complaint, and it took me 40 minutes on hold just to tell a human being how poor their service was. The customer support agent was nice.

A day after 2 Burley Men ripped me off for $1000 (losses combined with wasted time) to move only part of a tiny one bedroom apt - taking 7 hours with 2 people to move a bed, a few bookcases and some (under 50) boxes ...and then took an hour to get my stuff from downtown to James Bay, and then left my stuff unattended so often (regularly disappearing to go get stoned and go on their cell phones) that several expensive and irreplaceable valuables of mine were stolen right off the truck - this sweet man tried to think of ways to help out and do whatever he could to complete the task and try and make me feel better. Found their number online, and within a few hours on the same day, Tony showed up and got the boxes moved in under a hour. Courteous, polite and in good spirits. Definitely the guy to call when you're in a pinch.

We realised overnight that we hadn't put something essential on the outside of the package, so went to the Oak Bay office before opening time next day, only to find that Mo had already noticed and was attending to this. The packages arrived home in excellent shape. I would highly recommend them.

Really kind and thoughtful personnel. I arrived 20 mins before closing with 3 packages to ship, no…read moreboxes, but prepaid shipping labels. A gentleman kindly helped me pick out the best fitted sized box for my shipments, offered me scissors so that I could make the best use of my bubble wrap, and even helped me tape my boxes. I was semi-prepared for this experience, having done a few shipments, but definitely needed some assistance and I was treated better than I could have expected. The store was busy, yet I still left feeling relieved for a drop off I had been nervous to do. The staff moves swiftly, but not in a rushing way! A+ customer service.

It was left outside our condo building's front door instead of using the buzzer to be let in. Our 81 year old neighbour brought it in for us. Not at all impressed
