The lawyer even did not know how to prepare and serve constitutional question to the Attorney General while one of the owners of the law firm is a former Minister of Justice and Attorney Genenral. In stead, the lawyer served Contitutional Question to a deputy minister of justice that had substantially negatively impacted my appeal. The counsel for the Attorney General argued that they were not served the document in a timely and proper manner. As a result of my lawyer's mistake, my appeal had to be ajourned from spring to fall because of the court's summer break. When returned back to the court several months later, it was apparent that my lawyer either forgot the material submitted months ago or not fully prepared for the day of appeal hearing. He was not a client-focused and result-oriented lawyer in my case.
