I have to get this out of the way first. I find it funny that they just took over the space vacated by Quiksilver. You first notice it as you go to open the door and their logo is still on it. I really like that they used the space to fit their need as well. Using the windows that face out to the mall as a display and relaxation area for some of the cats in the store. When you walk in, it's like a mini zoo. They got cats aplenty, but you will also notice a mixture of birds, rabbits, gerbils, rats, and maybe a reptile or two. It's going to be a bit overwhelming and overstimulating, but you will acclimate fast and be happy with it all. All animals within are adoptable and adorable. But don't just come here to find your next pet, they do offer a wide array of pet related items. Need a collar, they got you covered, need a shirt for your dog, they got you covered.

So, I got to check out the grounds around the main building before the bride and groom arrived for rehearsal. They have a wonderful wandering Garden with Fountains and water features. I could sit by a loud water feature for hours. The wedding was in the garden, but the facility had prepared the Veranda in case the rain didn't clear up. In addition to the new main structure, they have Historical buildings and Summer camps.

They cleared out his kitchen which had so many canned/boxed food items that were expired. Chris even moved items so they weren't a tripping hazard, he pointed out fire hazards too. He did all of this with compassion and understanding, even recommending a company to help with ongoing cleaning/care to avoid my relative's place returning to its unlivable state. He even provided tax documents for donated items. I live out of state and couldn't be there, and Chris communicated with me throughout the process, sending me videos as he progressed.
