Our class was in studio #5. The sound system was good. Unsure if I loved the floors, but they worked good for this class. Ample spacing for our class which had nearly 2 dozen participants. The space it self is really comprehensive. I saw multiple bathrooms and a gender-neutral bathroom. There is at least 5 separate dance spaces. Each space was arranged depending on dance style. I saw a room with several barre. The general area also boosted several areas to just chill while waiting on a loved to finish a class. On this day...all the kiddos were taking classes. So many little one excited to take their dance classes. It was cute because this little girl kep staring at our class through the window. Highly recommend seeing all the offerings at this dance center. I was surprised by the many offerings they have. I want to try a beginner hip-hop but we will see. Tip: Parking is located around the building on street. Mostly free but get there with time to look. I found it easier to just park off Belmont and walk.

I took ballet, jazz, point, and a few other classes. Now I've got a 3 year old daughter and had her enrolled for her first class this past year. She really enjoyed her ballet class. She also enjoyed her teacher. When it came time for the recital, I thought my daughter was going to be shy on stage, but she held her head up high with so much confidence. She actually embraced the stage and performed/remembered her steps well. The only improvement I would suggest for this school (through a parent's perspective) is to allow credit/debit payments and also automatic payments or even reminders. I've been paying by check and many times I had no idea the payments were due. On the bright side, the classes are much cheaper than other schools.... which I definitely appreciate since my daughter is only 3 and doesn't need to be at a super duper fancy fufu school. lol. I sent an inquiry from the website and because of COVID, I wasn't sure if they were open and what their hours would be. They were very responsive and got back to me quickly. I can't say anyone but me was very excited about the idea of dance lessons. However, by the middle of the session, we were all into it. Teresa took any awkwardness out of it and we were having fun. Then about two weeks before the wedding, my husband actually suggested that he and I go back for a private lesson! Teresa was very accommodating and helped us out. She even recorded us, sent us a list of good songs to practice with, and gave us tips to work out with the DJ specific to the wedding. I should also add that the studio itself also impressive. I've never been to the studio and I don't have any clue about the classes they teach…read more But once a week I get a video from my 2 year olds daycare class where Helen is leading the class in interactive singing and dancing. It is the highlight of my workday when I get that video! Watching the joy and pleasure he gets from clapping, stomping and following her cues warms my heart. When he first started at daycare he was a bit shy and reserved and would often just stare at Helen not really participating. But now he's blossomed into a dancing & singing machine. Helen's warm, engaging and supporting spirit have helped him build his confidence and allowed personality his personality to shine! Seeing his development in the last 2-3 months has been amazing and fun. And I attribute a lot of that development to music class with Ms Helen. Now if only she could teach Mommy and Daddy some rhythm so we could keep up with him!
