I happily assisted her client liquidate her collectibles. Going through this process with her, what impressed upon me the most , was the respect her clients had for her as a realtor, and the ease in which she interacted with her clients. I have had the opportunity to work along side many real estate agents and there are many different styles of execution. Emily brings a knowledge and calm to her clients, that is imperative when buying or selling a home. I will continue to refer her to my clients.

Their trustworthiness and integrity are not often found in the property management business. They take care of everything once you set up certain parameters at the outset. Timely monthly accounting statements always provided. Very responsive, even if necessary on weekends. Their fees are reasonable for the excellent work they provide. They use a roster of vendors and tradespeople which they have developed over the years for any work necessary on your rental, as well as monitoring the work done. Instead of using a competing corporate type operation I highly recommend supporting this local business, you won't go wrong.

I was in the…read moremarket of purchasing my very first home and I had such a horrible experience with my lender that buying my first home will always be a time where I was so dissatisfied with using this group. Josefina was fairly communicative in the beginning and was able to find me a lender (only one apparently), which I was happy about. I found a home and was excited to purchase it and was going through the roller coaster of escrow and closing. There are so many times where we (my agent and myself) were told that we would be closing this day or that day or surly this week. Closing took a lot longer than it needed to be and the communication between Josefina and myself became so bad. I was hoping my experience with buying my first home would be pleasant but man was I wrong about this one. You go through the emotions of excitement, anxiety, etc. For example, if you tell me you plan to have everything ready for close for a friday and call me to see if I had wire the money on thursday (which I did immediately, since we were in closing) but end up closing the following week on a Wednesday shows that you were just trying to make sure yall got paid. I get it, its business but in all businesses, customer service and satisfaction should be a priority. I will likely never use this lender again. Youd think they would ever do a follow up after they helped you buy your home? Nah no way and to be honest I would rather not hear from them again. 2 stars because in the end I did buy a home (right thats what matters at the end of the day). Have I would of known this was going to happen like this, I would of definitely waited and found another lender.

Friendly, kind, unflinchingly honest, and always on our side, Theresa was exactly the kind of realtor we needed. We were (past tense, thanks Theresa!) first-time homebuyers and had rented for nearly 20 years - we knew nothing about how to buy a home or even where to start. Theresa patiently walked us through each step, and gave us candid advice about each home we viewed. She picked us up and spent sometimes the entire day with us looking at houses, and she was friendly and pleasant the whole time. Theresa also has a knack for matchmaking - we bought our dream place the day it listed, since we were the first to see it, thanks to Theresa. She had already figured out that we would love the place when we saw it. And we did! I'm writing several months after escrow closed, and I love our home more than ever. Theresa is a wonderful realtor - we would choose to work with her again without hesitation.
