Back in 2012 this slumlord bought the house I was living in and ended up having dee be his property manager. I'd call her with issues ( that were presented and supposed to be fixed after house was bought) she would never call back, or come by ( she only came by to deliver notices) I notified her in person, text, over the phone even email. To no avail. In my honest opinion she is only as good as the slumlords she represents.

When i called her, she was abrupt, short, stressed, rude, and spent the whole of our short discussion trying to dismiss me. But as most know, finding a rental home in a good spot, with a good price, that you like is hard to come by! So despite her attitude, i further requested information from her -- I really wanted to view this house! And isn't that her job anyway??? She went on to tell me that i had to pay money for an application before i could even view the house. Ridiculous! Little did she know, i'd been searching and viewing rental homes for months, and knew the drill! Then she told me i'd have to wait to view the house with everyone else at once during the open-house. Fine, no problem! ... except she refused to give me the date for the open-house! She told me "end of July," and said she'd call me. Not surprisingly, i never heard from her. And soon after, the rental home was taken down off the website. So basically, with her as the realtor, i never even stood a chance at renting this home, and for no reason other than she is lazy and/or over-booked. Poor service. Bad attitude. Wrong profession. She has no business being in this business!!
