Yes, the pricing is better than anywhere else we've found, but it's so much more than the price. It's the care, the wonderful staff, the convenient parking, the ease of getting in and out, and the incredibly fast turnaround of reports.
It's also important to understand that this is an imaging facility, not a veterinary appointment. Their job is to perform the imaging efficiently and get a detailed report into the hands of your veterinarian, who will interpret the findings with you and determine the next steps in your dog's care. They do that exceptionally well, and our reports have always been available immediately.
Over the years, I have referred countless friends, family members, adopters, and others in the rescue community to Dr. Norman. Again and again, they come back telling me how happy they were not only with the affordability, but with the care they and their animals received.
At a time when so many veterinary practices are being purchased by large corporations, I am incredibly grateful that we still have an independent specialty imaging option like this available to us. We travel approximately 40 minutes each way to come here, and we will happily continue doing so for as long as their doors are open.
For an animal rescue, having people you can trust with the dogs in your care is everything. Dr. Norman and his staff have become an incredibly important part of that circle for us. Many of the dogs we bring through their doors are sick, elderly, or facing serious medical decisions, and knowing we can count on accurate imaging, timely reports, compassionate care, and reasonable pricing means more to our rescue than I can adequately put into words.
Thank you, Dr. Norman and your entire staff, for being there for our dogs year after year. You don't just provide a service to our rescue you help us make better decisions for the animals who depend on us, and we are genuinely grateful to have you as part of their care team.
