My desktop computer died two weeks ago. She was getting old. I think it was 1917 (woops! 2017; I'm…read moregetting old.) when I purchased her and some of her parts were failing. I sat down at the computer, pushed the power button and nothing happened. I mean NOTHING happened! So I went to Cal Tech to let "tech support" look at it. (my grandson is no longer available.) Mason advised I just replace my tower, so I took myself and my credit card to Best Buy where I purchased a lenovo computer CPU that looks like a tiny spaceship. I took the new "little guy" and the tower of the old computer back to Cal Tech. Mason efficiently moved my data to the "little guy", and did so at a reasonable price. I have since then dealt with Ethan, Matt, and Brent, the owner, who answered the phone on a Saturday! All of them have been considerate and clear in their explanations. I have felt respected and welcomed...the kind of business interaction I had when I moved here in 1979. Thank you guys! Charlene

I met with Jayne, and I was immediately impressed with a very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable business woman. Jayne presented me with a very reasonable estimate for what she felt I needed in order to achieve full potential with my clients. Jayne allowed me a hands on approach, and at the same time guided me through the technological sand traps that I couldn't have done alone, while at the same time keeping me informed on all that was happening. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Jayne Wayne Design, and my website as a finished project. I strongly encourage others to try Jayne Wayne Design for all their website ideas, and needs. Now he is helping my husband and me plan for smart use of technology in a home we are building. He has helped me through ALL of the tech-related challenges of my life! Justin really is a "digital life coach," a title that once sounded funny to me but now I see is no joke at all. I agree with other reviewers' positive comments, but to me, the best and most important thing about Justin is how he makes me feel. Justin makes me feel safe. He never makes me feel stupid or behind the times - important for a senior like me. When I have a session with Justin, either in person or online, my feelings instantly change from frustration to relief, then to pride when I finally learn the thing. He even welcomes the big-picture questions that I sometimes have, like "Will we never be free of passwords?" "Why is Apple better than PC?" "Where is society GOING with all this technology?" His liberal arts education is a huge plus here, making his mind broad and humanistic enough to appreciate such questions and make positive contributions to my understanding. The annual fee I pay to consult with him whenever I need help is a bargain. I am very grateful to be Justin's longtime client and expect to keep working together for the rest of my life.

The updates Justin performed to our CULTURE page, were quite involved and very important to the team. Over the course of the project, the updates required more work than Justin anticipated. He did not complain, but faithfully and professionally "out worked" the problem to help us achieve our goal. Our company received an unfortunate negative Yelp review. We received a notification email from…read moreYelp but we also received a notification email from reviewblasters.com. We had never heard of this so we looked into it and called the phone number that was conveniently located on the website. I say conveniently because usually it's impossible to find any sort of contact information other than a "contact us" form that may or may not be answered. The phone number connected me to Econcept and my call was answered right away. Sharon, an account manager, was very friendly and explained the process of how they came to alert us of our review. She transferred me to the owner, Robbie, who spent more than 30 minutes with me on the phone. Having worked for Yelp in the past, he helped me understand how reviews are filtered and how to best address a negative review. In our case, we are trying to have the review removed because the customer posted inaccurate information about our pricing. Robbie knows the ins and outs of marketing and social media and was a great help to us. He took a very complicated (for us) situation and made it easy to understand and handle. His business concept is genius- collect business reviews from all social media platforms and combine them on one, easy to navigate website. That way, busy business owners only need to go to one site to manage all reviews! He also does website design and social media management. I definitely recommend him if you are in need of any of these services. Thanks Robbie!
