I was…read moreafraid I would't have anyone reputable to go to for fills while I'm staying here for a few months and after some internet research I was lucky enough to stumble on to The Lash Lounge's information and glowing reviews, so I booked an appointment for fills. To my surprise, Natee showed me that my usual gal back in LA had been doing a shite job. When she added more lashes she had to very intricately separate my lashes because my normal girl had done a pretty ghetto job of clumping them all together. She showed me the actual lashes when she was done and I was SHOCKED. Best work I have had done to date. Natee is an amazing eyelash specialist and I would happily recommend her to anyone in the Miami are that is serious about having quality, healthy lashes that look both natural & glamorous. You guys here in the 305 are very very lucky to have her! I'm jealous! Thank you so so so much Natee for taking such amazing care of me and my peepers. See you again soon in a few weeks for fills!

This will not be my place, unfortunately. The salon is cute and the people were very friendly ,so I was hopeful. It was really strange when they just laid me back in the chair right out in the open in front of everyone! The place I'm used to going takes you to a private room where you lay down on a bed and they give you warm blankets to cover up . It makes it very relaxing , while they work their magic. Here it was cold and it felt really strange to lay back in an uncomfortable chair , out in the open , in front of everybody , to have the service done! I do wish I would've left before having it done, now. Unfortunately, my right eyelashes took, but my left eye did not! So now I am stuck, looking very strange with my right eyelashes curled, and my left lashes not! . I haven't called to complain because I know I can't get it redone. I have to wait the course of a few months until the solution is off of my lashes to return to the place that does do a great job. I felt it was important to let people know this , because it sucks that my eyes look completely different! My right lashes are pretty and awake and my left eye looks bare unless I put a few coats of mascara on it to try to match my right eye. I do want to end on a positive note , saying that the girls were very friendly and the salon looked cute and clean so maybe try it for a different service but not the lash lift and tint!

I have not gotten my eyebrows professionally manicured since before the start of COVID 2020. Fast forward one year later and I'm not willing to enter your average salon with their average "brow person." I specifically sought threading because my brows needed some serious shaping. I love the result that Neebli (butchered the spelling of her name) gave my brows. Will definitely be coming back and worth the 36$ price tag. I also asked for all my peace fuzz to be gone.
