Absolutely delicious. Service was excellent. I love the decor. Even the bathrooms were gorgeous.

For appetizers we had onion soup, fried calamari and sashimi assortment. For our entrees, California roll and black pearl. Nice place, great ambiance, great service, great music, great food and clean bathrooms. We will be visiting again.

If you enjoy sushi, this is a fantastic place in the Scranton area to get your sushi or sashimi fix. I typically like to order a plate with both sushi and sashimi which is what I ordered here. Although I will occasionally eat at a sushi bar, which they do have, I prefer a table. The server was very attendant and friendly. The fish was amazingly fresh especially considering where we live. My favorite was the white tuna which I had for both sushi and sashimi. The rolls were very nice as well. If you like sushi, you will probably enjoy it here.

Sushi is vinegar rice, like pizza, put on it what you will it is sushi...or pizza. So the basis is the vinegar rice, Eric make his own vinegar, so it is the best rice ever. Add the freshest fish, quality ingredients and you have the best sushi. Everyone says" sushi in Scranton?" I say yes!! I travel extensively. NYC, LA, SF and I have never had better sushi...ever

I enjoyed my assorted sashimi sampler and mango tango sushi roll tonight. I thought the service were exceptional. To me the place is in the middle of no where but then I don't live in the area. The restaurant has a trendy, upscale, nightlife feel with upbeat music to it. I think it's perfect for small group to hang out and chill. Although I was there alone and enjoyed it just as much. I would definitely go back for their $5 martini happy hour and more sushi. Hopefully not alone. I can't believe they have good sashimi and sushi in Scranton.

This is a regular stop for us, maybe once a month. Food is very good, atmosphere is upscale. Service used to be nicer, that has cooled a bit over the last half year or so, but still friendly. Worth the trip, for sure.

2 roll lunch and amazing white tuna!

Lunch was a little pricy ($54 with tip, no drinks) but totally worth it. Hibachi NY strip for me and sushi special for the wife were completely satisfying and filling. Of course, service was prompt and courteous and the decor was pretty standard for a sushi and hibachi restaurant. Highly recommend this Scranton landmark and legend.

It came with the traditional Japanese soup, salad, rice, noodles, and vegetables, and of course it came with the chicken. The portion was big. It was $24. The chicken was a little dry. The noodles, rice, and vegetables lacked flavor. Luckily it came with two dipping sauces. One tasted like a teriyaki sauce, the other I thought was a Yum Yum sauce but it did not taste like a Yum Yum sauce, it tasted like a mustard and soy sauce, it was delicious, so I poured that over my meal. The service was very friendly, although he messed up a bit on the order. We both ordered the same thing: we both ordered no mushrooms, one order came with mushrooms, we asked for no salad, one came with a salad and we asked for no shrimp and one came with the shrimp

The lights were off in the restaurant so we weren't sure they were open. However they sat us and quickly turned the lights on. After that somewhat trepidatious start, things went uphill. The owner was serving us and was super attentive. We got a variety of rolls, including the Out of Control Roll (chosen for its fun name), Lovers Roll, Sashimi Naruto roll, and Spider Roll, along with Tamago and Fish Roe Sashimi. The sushi was gorgeously plated. The Out of Control Roll was my favorite, great textures and very indulgent. The sauce beneath the lovers roll was super tangy. Overall, a good pick for sushi in Scranton. I'd go back if I was in the area.

She actually rolled her eyes when we asked for wasabi and Ginger prior to ordering our dinner. Food was actually not bad although the soft shell crab in the Spider Roll was on the cheap side but otherwise food was decent but definitely will not be back. I don't typically like to leave bad reviews for small businesses because I like to see them Thrive but if you don't like waiting on people, then don't own a restaurant!!

The interior decoration is one of a kind and a must see. It has a museum vibe to it, with many historical pictures, toys, collectible items, Art, and sculptures. One could spend hours looking at the incredible shadowboxes, model trains, war memorabilia, movie displays, model ships, etc, not to mention the Dunder Mifflin gift shop! The food, however, is another story. The menu is large and varied and has some delicious appetizers (particularly the Bang Bang Srimp and the Crab Balls--addictive) and entrees too, but the very pricey stars of the menu leave much to be desired. The "Just Seafood" entree looks mouthwatering by description and costs forty effing dollars, but I'm being completely honest when I tell you everything on that plate was drier than a popcorn fart. The dish comes with shrimp, scallops, and lump crab meat. The best thing on the plate was the THREE scallops they provided. The crab was genuinely the worst, driest crab I've ever had. Worse than low-quality frozen snow crab at Red Lobster or the grocery store. The shrimp was overcooked and pathetically seasoned with a light sprinkle of paprika (which fell mostly on one shrimp and none of the others). I had to salt my own food at the table because everything was flavorless. All in all, if you're in Scranton because you like The Office, stop here and have some CHEAP starters and drinks, grab some cool Dunder Mifflin merchandise at the gift shop, and enjoy all the awesome art they have at Coopers. Pay no mind to their expensive seafood, it sucks. Service: the waitstaff are lovely, friendly and attentive. They're great and deserve praise!
