As a military spouse moving to this community knowing nothing and no one, I took trust and faith in the daycare and all its employees to love and care for my 3 small children. And that is exactly what they have done for 3+ years. I have never had to question a decision, feedback given or advice they have offered - everything is in the best interest of each individual baby of mine. Marcia would give you the shirt off her back to help you, as would all of the teachers. They treat them as if they were their own. My kids genuinely love going to daycare every day to see their friends and favorite teachers. They follow state guidelines, because that is what is required of the facility to maintain their licensing. All situations are unique, and I have had my fair share of unique situations with my kids. They have MORE than accommodated, and made sure that myself and my husband are kept informed. I would recommend any honest and friendly family to this place, they have done so much for us to feel comfortable leaving our children with them full time. Don't believe all that you read, this place really is top tier and does the absolute best for your children.

Scratches on face and with no incident reports given to me. 2 incidents 1st day of the 1 yr old class. 1 incident right the following day. Another incident the 3rd week with no acknowledgement that my child had a real bad bite mark. They keep 1 to 3 yr olds early mornings and evenings with super poor supervision. Mind you all ages are supposed to be separated. Teachers are only there for a paycheck, not to care for our children. I lost all love and trust that i gained during his infant class for this facility. Terrible and poor care. Horrible to have to leave your child for care and gets sent home with bite marks every week. This behavior from the teacher (Ines) is very new to me but I will not tolerate a teacher use "scare tactics" to intimidate my Little boy while he is using the bathroom and I encourage all parents to challenge her and let her know that is not ok , I will be removing my Child from this facility and placing him into a charter school as this government funded program is taking a turn for the worst

They refused to properly devise a plan to address issues and when prompted to come with a plan I was asked to leave. The owner indicated such issues would not be tolerated because she could not afford the time needed to appropriately address the issues and she felt such issues cost her future business. Her disciplinary actions used berated and exasperated my son making him feel rejected and shamed, and intensified his angry. We appropriately consulted some early childhood development specialists after this and they indicated: three full days was not adequate time for my son to adjust since he had never been in school before, refusing to appropriately devise a professional plan or seeking advice from early childhood development coaches provided no opportunity to develop solutions which made it impossible to correct the issues leaving the child and parents frustrated, using improper discipline techniques designed to shame the child instead of using proper techniques that are commonly known to properly trained early childhood professionals, and not appropriately coordinating with the parents indicates inflexibility of the owner, and unprofessionalism rooted in improper training and lack of interpersonal skills needed to address issues. So bottom line this school is more interested in making money and any child that does not conform will be eliminated, instead of professionally focusing appropriately on educating and developing children that have diverse personalities and issues. Beware such unprofessionalism could seriously harm or impede your child's development.

We didn't enroll our kids here, because when we first moved here, we had a tour. I suppose the…read morefront desk lady was uninformed about it because it took her about 20 minutes to get out of the bathroom since we were there, waiting. When she took us around we silently made eye contact, our kids were not going there. We thought the name was pretty accurate, it looked like a barn. They had kids out in the sun in 115F weather while the adults hung out in the shade. Toddlers had full diapers and chased the teacher crying as boogers dripped down. The cots had crumbs of food on them? it was bad. I hope parents who enroll their kids here aren't fooled. At the time we wish it had worked out as we live pretty close. but nope, wasn't worth it.
