We wanted to buy a bigger home as we grew our family, and Matthew took the time to really understand our goals and what was important to us. We felt supported and informed throughout the entire process and trusted Matthew to keep our priorities in mind. Matthew was patient and always in our corner throughout the search until we finally found the right home. He also went above and beyond after we moved in. When we ran into a few issues with the house, including a toilet leak and a roof vent leak, he promptly recommended reliable vendors to help us get them addressed. Overall, we had a great experience working with Matthew and highly recommend him for any real estate needs.

We would strongly recommend Matt to our friends and family in the area…read more We met with several realtors before choosing to work with Matthew to sell our home in Bellevue, WA. Matt wasn't the lowest rate, the highest sale volume, nor did he cite a substantially higher sale price. But his recommendations on prep/staging/marketing; his full-service, detailed, and organized approach; and our ability to speak honestly about expectations really stood out. We also appreciated that he recommended ways to highlight the unique touches in the home, rather than (literally) whitewashing everything as some other realtors advised. His approach magnified the things we loved about the home and the care we put into maintaining and improving it. We were out-of-state during the majority of the sale, and relied on Matt and his team very heavily for sale preparation. He made proposals, got quotes, and oversaw work. Matt was upfront about whether he thought each suggested improvement would pay for itself, and actively advised against changes other realtors had suggested that he didn't think were worth it. He was always clear that it was our decision and also happily accommodated us doing some of the work ourselves. Because of his and his team's diligence we were able to hit our target list date, with a house that was shown in its best light. The local market had become more uncertain: markets were softening and a similar house down the street was sitting on the market after weeks, despite a price drop. We adjusted our intended list price (still within his initial range) and our expectations, but Matt remained confident in the home and how it would show. We got an under-asking offer early, and Matt went into overdrive to solicit additional offers. Ultimately we got a very attractive at-list-price offer, the house went pending within a week of listing, and we had a very smooth closing experience. There's always luck involved, but we expect that with most other realtors it would have more work for us to get the house on the market and the sale price would have been lower.

In my case, I've been trying to move neighborhoods for about four years now. For a variety of reasons, the first few times we went out (for months at at time), nothing came of the search. But Craig remained available and willing to help. Am now working with him on my third time out, and he has gone above and beyond in helping on my search -- including physically mailing over 150 homes I identified as being of interest. Twice. Most recently we went to make an offer on an way over-priced house that was for sale by owner. The comps he put together were astoundingly detailed, and basically made it crystal clear to the seller that they weren't in the right place. We're still negotiating, but I am incredibly happy to have him drive that discussion. Long story short, highly recommended. I'm also happy to give more details/feedback in person if anyone wishes to reach out.

He sends us house recommendations that fits our needs and wants, and we visited 2 with him. We fell in love with one and made an offer. He guided and advised us on strategizing with our offer so that the seller would pick us. He made sure that we would consider the other conditions/needs of the seller too so we could make an offer that could/would cover them. He got in contact with the sellers agent in a way where we would be more 'seen', and keeps us updated. Our process went fast, that 2 open houses were done all in one day, sent our offer 2 days later, waited on sellers decision - this is where Eldon was very hands on too (and the one of the most important part of the process), he kept in touch with the seller's agent, making follow ups and making sure that we stand out to the seller. Despite having a lower offer vs other offers and not waiving inspection, the seller chose us. We know that a lot of factors are in play with regards to being chosen by the seller, but we believe and we know that without Eldon's help and effort, we wouldn't have this beautiful house of ours. I did a lot of research on local realtors and came very close to selecting an online realty. But…read moreafter all of that research trying to find the right realtor to sell my house, I selected Jessica over those online options. Bottom line, up front: I could not have made a better decision putting my trust in Jessica's hands. In readying the house for sale, Jessica did a lot of preparation ranging from comparables, marketing strategies, staging, and helping with the right handyman to fix a few little things that needed to be done. Heck, I wished I'd had known this handyman even prior to me selling! Given I was retiring and preparing to move across the country, just having the handyman tell me to not worry and just leave things to him really put me at ease and let me focus on finishing my packing and having more time to say all my goodbyes. We listed and Jessica held an open house just days after I finished moving out. At first I was a little unsure about the list price she had recommended to me, but she explained her reasoning and it made sense. Spoiler alert: Here's where Jessica's experience in the local market really shines through. She knows the market behaviors, has done her homework, and how to get things done. So I went with her recommendations. In my particular case, we were fortunate to have multiple offers on the house and a little escalation war in the end. They say moving and selling your family home (which you've put so much into) can be one of the most stressful events in life. Without a doubt, Jessica made that entire process so much easier and less stressful. Looking back, I don't think there's a single thing I've mentioned above could have happened by choosing that online option. From prior to listing to after closing, I simply cannot recommend Jessica highly enough.
