I was really worried it was going to be something major and that they'd have to cut into the ceiling to figure it out. But Greg checked everything out, and right away he knew what was going on. He was super knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Turns out it wasn't a major plumbing issue at all it was just some old caulking around the shower drain that had loosened up. He was confident, honest, and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. Super easy fix and no mess.
