Then she handed me another bag wrong again and walked away from the window before I could even say anything. At that point, I went inside. A woman wearing a different colored shirt came over to help me and was very kind and understanding. While I was explaining what happened, the original drive-thru worker came up to the counter with her pants sagging off her behind, sucked her teeth again, and said, "It was two orders?" before snatching the bag off the counter. Then she said, "Well, you got your two-piece there already what's missing," with the nastiest attitude after I told her twice but she was too annoyed to listen. Even the nice lady looked at her like, calm down. That level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. She never says "you're welcome," never shows any basic courtesy, and acts like customers are an inconvenience. I will never order from this location again if she's working the drive-thru. Absolutely terrible customer service.
