I was new to this threading and tinting process. I almost threw up in my mouth when she charged me $53 for threading and tinting!!!! I'm sure I can find a $25 salon that has nice people working there and not snake oil salesmen! So disappointed Removing all the stars I can. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)! They were also able to accommodate me after work same day and gave me some recommendations on products and extensions! Really loved coming here! Keep an eye out for specials that Pearl will occasionally run on specific services. I used to have to drive at least 25 minutes for any type of eyebrow threading/waxing, and I am so thankful that Pearl decided to set up shop in our town. She is always accommodating to her customer's schedules and is as flexible as she can be while juggling her own personal schedule. Pro tip: if you schedule an appointment with her, don't be late!
