This is the photo processing process of who ever it is she does business with and not her photography which is great. I ordered a 16x20 and when I received it, well it measures 16x24. To get this beautiful picture framed is now going to cost me a couple hundred more as it'll have to be done custom due to the size. Plesae don't take this as me not being satisfied because I am very satisfied with her photography but very unhappy with the print quality. Buy the CD with all your photos on them and have them done at a custom photo lab, the quality will be much better.
