I've been working with Kendra for almost a year and it has been life-changing. I went on her Costa Rica Retreat and it surpassed all my expectations. I was hesitant to go on a group retreat with a bunch of unknown women. I was concerned about logistics, safety, where we would stay, what food would we eat, and the women I would be sharing space and personal details with. But I took a leap and signed up. Guess what, NONE of those worries were reality. - The place we stayed at was beautiful! - The women were amazing and the best part of the trip. I hope to know them forever. - Safety - Hardy, who looked after us, is an amazing soul. - Food - Delicious and healthy - The work was challenging, which is what I wanted, and the experience was life-changing.
