The facility doesn't seem to have an issue with this and when I brought it to the clinical director Kristen Kutudis attention she said "it's unfortunate that you can't be understanding". The therapist extracurricular activities should NOT interfere with my child's weekly SCHEDULED appt. The therapist rescheduled twice to 8am and ultimately changed his therapy time from 3-4pm to 8am with the daycare staff, she did not coordinate the change with me, then it was changed to 11am, and these changes to accommodate her extracurricular activity, has been unable to communicate on more than one occasion due to traveling, and all this because she is a "professional athlete" which takes precedence over her job. I would have appreciated the transparency when I coordinated the day and time with Kristen Kutudis, had she told me the therapist have other priorities and they will work around their schedule, I would have never started services at this facility. The process of getting mental health is a long process and it doesn't help if the therapist is not going to prioritize her job over her extracurricular activity and the director justifies this by saying "all therapist have a life outside of work". With that being said, I do NOT recommend this facility if you are looking for a therapist/facility which will prioritize your child.

We heard of Dr G from many strong recommendations from others. The family felt the evaluation was very thorough. Dr had the patient come over 4 visits to be thoroughly evaluated. The family felt unsure what the problem was because the signs were very subtle but by the end of the evaluation the family was empowered with a plan to help their loved one with a clearer understanding of where the deficits were. After raising serious concerns and giving the practice multiple chances to respond and handle the situation with care and integrity, I was met with silence, delay, and zero effort to acknowledge or repair the rupture. There was minimal coordination with my individual therapist despite multiple requests, reflecting a concerning lack of collaboration. Also, documentation practices are questionable, Michelle told me, herself that she doesn't write notes, raising real concerns about clinical and ethical standards. Therapy clients who are brave and vulnerable enough to bring complex work to the table deserve safe, consistent, transparent and responsible care. Everyone I interact with is wonderful and polite. I see Maggie and she's been amazing helping me deal with past issues and learning and practicing skills that I can use in between appointments to learn to cope with daily stressors exasperated by anxiety, flashbacks and triggers. I've seen other therapists at several different offices and had mixed results. That's not the case here. While I haven't seen the other therapists , I definitely would if it was an emergency and Maggie wasn't available.

The office is always quick to return phone calls and give reminder calls in advance of your appointment. In general, the environment is okay, neutral at least. One of the things that gets to me though is that there always seems to be a wait. I've often sat in the waiting room for 20-40 minutes past my appointment time. As a full time grad student and almost full time worker, it is hard enough fitting the appointment in, I really don't want to factor in another 1-2 hours for travel and wait time.
