First of all, there is only one direction. You can't come in the exit and pull up to a pump.... we all come in from the same way. Also, they have extra long hoses, so if you need to pull up to the wrong pump (on the wrong side of your vehicle) it will definitely stretch far enough and NOT have to pull across the roof of your car and scratch it. And finally, don't pop your hood and try to check your oil. Oh and don't try to wash your windows. This is not a service station, it's a gas station. End of story.
