That's such a great feeling. They send pictures daily and they truly care about your dogs as if they were their own. I love how they make sure they are at your home within an hour or so after you leave and they make sure they stay until about an hour or so before your coming home. I can not thank them enough. My boyfriend is so happy we can travel comfortably now because all the past the dogsitters would stress me out , with Suzanne and Pawsitive Vacation Pet Sitting my vacations are stress free! We receive daily updates and pictures (honestly something to look forward to during your vacation) and know they are being taken care of while we're gone. Even though we've been using her service for almost a year and a half, she will always text us before every trip to make sure nothing has changed. Kristine is truly a pet owner's dream - you don't need to worry your pets are being taken care of because you know they will be by Kristine and her employees! Her website is so easy to use and you can book months ahead of time, there's so many places to leave notes about house care (eg. You need plants watered) and specific animal care. We can hardly get his leash off, he's so eager to see friends. We love the live cameras in the yard and inside the hound lounge. It's so nice to be able to check on our fur baby and see what he is up to! One of the main reasons we love Always Unleashed is not only the live cameras, but they are "always unleashed!" They don't kennel the dogs. They all hang out together outside and inside. All the dogs seem calm because they don't have the pent up anxiety of being in a kennel outside of their home. They aren't barking all the time and agitated. They are hanging together as a group. The outside has a ton of misters and a large pool for the pups. They have lots of room to play. Our dog Booker has made friends with other dogs and it's so fun to see him playing and happy. He was boarded over his birthday this past year and they gave him special treats and extra attention. They sent us pictures and videos. They are currently under renovation, redoing the front office check-in space. It will be nice when it's all completed, but it's been nice they have stayed open during the renovation. This summer our flight was delayed flying home from Chicago and Shea was great letting us pick up Booker a little later. We didn't want to wait another day to see our baby! Another time we were stuck on the 17 in traffic because of an accident coming home from Flagstaff. They understand how important our fur baby is to us! Another time Booker got a hot spot on his paw and they were on the phone with me about it and how I wanted it treated. Then after he was home Shea followed up with me to see how he was doing. Booker always comes home happy and tired. Always Unleashed is a great place for day care or boarding, highly recommend.

We had our three dogs on pet plans for over three years, paying over $100 plus a month for each dog. After the heartbreaking loss of one of our beloved dogs Sydney last august we decided to cancel the pet plans, realizing we weren't using them as expected. To our shock, two months later, I received a call stating I owed $650 for the pet plans. When I called to inquire about these charges, I was told it was a remaining balance, which makes no sense since we had canceled the plans. I was assured that the office manager would look into it and clear everything up. I never heard anything back so I thought they cleared it up and that was that! WRONG Fast forward to two weeks ago , when I called to bring in my very sick dog Tiva and I was informed that they wouldn't help us because of the outstanding $650 balance that I was told was a mistake and would get cleared up. This forced me to find a new veterinarian, and Having to wait to get her in and my dog passing away! Their lack of communication and compassion during such a difficult time is unacceptable. I would not recommend Pima North Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a caring and reliable veterinary service. They are very money hungry and lack any care or compassion!

Susie is very loving and responsible. My dogs adore her! We typically book her for live-in stays, but on occasion we also use her for drop in care. I always receive updates with photos and my dogs always appear relaxed and happy. It makes such a difference having the same person care for my pets, and gives me so much peace of mind. Lisa, the owner, is in tune with all her caregivers. Recently, our flight kept getting delayed and we ended up having to ask Susie to stay longer than anticipated. Once we landed, I let Susie know she could leave as we would be home soon. Before we got home I received an email from Lisa asking me to let her know we made it home so as our dogs were not left without care in the event something delayed us further. We had used other sitters before we found Pick of the Litter, and nothing compares to the care and communication we receive from them. I highly recommend!
