She is so friendly and keeps us very well-informed about our older kitty, who does not like to be alone. When she comes, she sits with him in his favorite recliner and brushes him, which he just loves. We are so comfortable knowing that Jacki is looking after our precious chubby boy. We are beyond delighted with the services from Pick of the Litter!

And this was after the owner told her the dog was agitated. 2 weeks later the punctures my dog received resulted in emergency surgery amounting to $3076. I had to constantly get after the owners because they were evading me after a few weeks. My vet told me that after the initial visit from the attack it is always hard to tell how deep the injury is. So my dog was not okay so Lauren thought. She did not protect my dog! And at the beginning of the attack Lauren tells me she is staying out of it. She is friends with her neighbors; they are potential clients. Lauren never tells the truth. At first she told me she was 36; later it was 46. She is always going off her bipolar medication. Every year she ends up in the hospital one to two times in the psyche ward. She trolls the neighborhood to say "hi" to people with pets and they all find her mentally off. You be the judge.

She is not a good trainer/ dog sitter, she didn't give my dog commands - that I demonstrated that she knew before feeding her - place, sit, out. My dog gave a deep bark and she didn't feel comfortable feeding her. I'm glad she said this. But do not advertise your self as a trainer if your scared of dogs and don't give the dog commands to help the dog be successful.

Kristine is truly a pet owner's dream - you don't need to worry your pets are being taken care of because you know they will be by Kristine and her employees! Her website is so easy to use and you can book months ahead of time, there's so many places to leave notes about house care (eg. You need plants watered) and specific animal care. We really could not be more lucky to have found her to take care of them! She is always reachable if something changes and she has really made going on vacation a dream. Margie and the team are highly reliable. They offer a range of Pet Care while you're away, while you're in town, or need a regular dog walker. Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. They go to great lengths to work as a team to resolve issues but are not hesitant to reach out to me at any time. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included. Our family can leave our beloved dogs and cats at home, knowing they are in great hands. We took him a few times for daycare before we left and he loved it. They were very attentive and he got to play with other dogs and still got his scratches and pets. He wasn't all that excited to leave. We will continue to bring him for daycare so he can see his new doggie and human friends. Enzo boarding experience was just as great as daycare. They continually send pictures and let us know how he was doing but we could see from his face he was having a grand time.
