Due to COVID, we had teleconference with Tim Lo to review the resume which I sent to him the previous day. I selected an 8:45pm appointment and he called right on time. He first started with a couple of questions? What role are you looking to target and employment status (actively vs non actively looking)? We spent about 20 minutes reviewing what makes a great resume. He took the time to break down each section and point out "what they want to know" and how to set your resume apart from the rest. We discussed the importance of bulleting and other strategic formats to target the role in a concise and catchy manner. Finally, educated us on what is the HR "30-second test".
