In addition to utilizing traditional methods, Dr. Dan also employs EMDR psychotherapy which had amazing results. I had spoken to other therapists in the past, and had achieved some lasting effects, but nothing could have prepared me for the impactful work that we were able to do together in a very short period of time. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but after a few sessions, it was truly incredible how much we were able to make progress against some pretty traumatic incidents. Additionally, it should be mentioned that the level of compassion I was treated with was really unmatched. Not only did that help with the therapy, it also guaranteed a high level of trust between the provider and patient. I cannot recommend Dr. Goldstein and the Nashville Psych practice enough. Their high degree of professionalism and the efficacy of treatment is unmatched; and I am eternally gratetful.

I had experienced many setbacks, which took a huge hit on my ego and self-confidence. I was beginning a new job and knew I needed help to ensure I could succeed in a new industry and new career type. Though initially skeptical about the use of career coaching services, I realized a few sessions in that I was seeing and feeling the shift in my perspective and job performance. Faith was very warm and welcoming and came to each session very energized to tackle the topics or issues at hand. I needed guidance and clarity, both in terms of conceptual (dare I say, philosophical) topics and in terms of actionable next steps. The changes occur slowly and sometimes it's so subtle you don't realize it's happening until much later, but with her coaching, I've gained a lot of confidence and wisdom. The funny thing is, a lot of the answers I needed were already within myself but I couldn't access those insights on my own. Faith asked all the right questions to help me find what I needed. It's been several months since our final session and I've seen the monumental changes in my mindset, especially comparing to where I was before our first session. I've never been this confident about my professional journey and I know Faith played a big part in that. If you need a career coach to help you reach the next phase of your career journey, Faith comes highly recommended!
