After several weeks of classes not one realignment or adjustment in posture was offered. No direction was offered whether the posture was right or wrong. Maybe after much practice the shop will improve otherwise this is not worth the money or time right now. With so many wonderful yoga studios and talented yoga instructors in the area just try another one and find the right one for you.
