I don't think there are enough compliments that we can give to Sherrie... She worked with us in every way possible, even when she disagreed with us, she would give her opinion, perhaps try to persuade us, but if we were firm, she did what we asked... Sherrie marketed the hell out our house, making sure that if you were looking for a home in Haddonfield, you'd see our house... In this market, things were slow and to Sherrie's credit, her energy, effort and determination did not waver a bit and after a few long months she helped us sell our house at an amazing price. At the same time, Sherrie helped us find our new home and although we've had only a few weeks to find a place, agree on the price and settle, she did an extraordinary job making sure everything got done on time and every issue was resolved... When we entered into a contract things became unexpectedly complicated and Deb was pro-active. She made dozens of calls on our behalf, always took our calls, and was consistently positive, cheerful, and helpful. She absolutely knew her stuff and she made sure we understood everything we were signing and every aspect of the transaction. She communicated with our lawyer and the seller's lawyer directly. Her work ethic was outstanding. This transaction could have been very stressful but, despite the complications, working with Deb was a pleasure and in the end everything came together, in no small part thanks to her hard work.
