Regretfully, my spider sense was right on. Putting numerous day-to-day service issues to the side, their financial reporting systems are a joke and apparently staffed by amateurs. After a year and a half, the financial status of the community is about as accurate and transparent as a Magic 8 Ball. Not only are their numbers fiction, they simply will not acknowledge the wholesale futility of their endeavors that often requires full time intervention by a cadre of residents trained in the accounting arts. Basically, if you lack accurate accounting, all other facets of any service portfolio are rendered meaningless. If this weren't about something as serious as finances, I'd be laughing. Absolutely zero stars... if I counted that correctly.

We've been thinking of selling our wonderful house at the heart of Haddonfield on and off for…read morealmost two years. During that time we've "interviewed" a few different Realtors, trying to gauge their ability, interest, etc. Sometime last year, we were lucky enough to contact Sherrie Spivak from Haddonfield's branch of Long and Foster. I don't think there are enough compliments that we can give to Sherrie... She worked with us in every way possible, even when she disagreed with us, she would give her opinion, perhaps try to persuade us, but if we were firm, she did what we asked... Sherrie marketed the hell out our house, making sure that if you were looking for a home in Haddonfield, you'd see our house... In this market, things were slow and to Sherrie's credit, her energy, effort and determination did not waver a bit and after a few long months she helped us sell our house at an amazing price. At the same time, Sherrie helped us find our new home and although we've had only a few weeks to find a place, agree on the price and settle, she did an extraordinary job making sure everything got done on time and every issue was resolved... If you are in a market to sell and/or buy a home in South Jersey, make sure that Sherrie is the first realtor you contact - you will not be disappointed!!!
