I use to be weary when paying someone by the hour- but I am beyond impressed! He didn't stop working on my small job for even a few seconds. I like to get to know people when in my house and keep up small talk- yet he stayed working and speaking to me the entire time. He finished the job almost an hour and a half earlier than what I was originally quoted and was able to jump to another small project I had questions on. He continuously asked to use a broom to clean up but I declined (I had to deep clean the entire house anyways). Customer service goes a long way in my book- my fans look beautiful! I got a few quotes and I went with Josh from Red Line Home Improvements! We were blown away by Josh and Rob. They are two of the most respectful contractors and are just really honest and go those extra steps. They rescued some toys that I could never reach, and even dusted the ledge too. Hey, I am short lol! I even surprised them with some outlet swapping and he tested some outlets that made me nervous! They did a beautiful job and were so nice the whole time and did the job quickly and perfectly. I would hire this company to do any electrical job. I know they all do other home improvements as well. (I won't lie seeing them on the ladder...I was holding my breath but you would seriously think these two were on the ground with how comfortable they were up there!) Thank you Josh and Rob! All the chandeliers and the fan are LED lights, all have remotes that you can dim, turn some rings off or on, etc... They are on strings so you decide how you want all the rings to hang.
