I recommend to anyone who is looking for a gentle hearted loving spirit, Jennifer is a perfect coach for you. I recently completed a personal growth program with Jennifer that changed my life. My intention…read moreat the beginning was to focus on self-care which I did successfully, but I was able to accomplish much, much more. As we started, Jen taught me techniques for facial rejuvenation and lymphatic health. At first, I wasn't successful at working these into my schedule, but in talking to Jen, we came up with a solution, and I have practiced them every day since! She also helped me incorporate healthy snacks, balanced meals, new recipes, new eating schedules, and tips for slowing down and savoring food into my eating regime, and a big one--I've started planning meals in advance! It is fun reporting back to Jen each week. When we segued into working on other goals I had, Jen was excellent at grasping what I was saying. She made suggestions and inspired me to make gradual changes in working toward my goals. I ended up accomplishing things that I had procrastinated on for decades! I've been doing breathing exercises. I started delving into a book I'd been wanting to read for a long time, I've been gradually decluttering the house, and I finished writing a book that I'd started in 1976! I would really recommend working with Jen. Her coaching is fun and rewarding. It is great for concentrating on your goals in life and incorporating them into your life. Jen takes you in a positive direction and is always pleasant to work with! She is also well-organized and sends reminders during the week as to what your goals are and how you've decided to meet them. Yesterday we looked at how far I've come in so many areas, and it was really gratifying! I don't often look back once I've accomplished something, and it was very nice to savor.

Karine saved my life…read more I know this sounds dramatic but if you're really interested in changing your life please read on. I started seeing Karine about 6 years ago when she first opened her private practice. I was in one of the darkest places in my life. I had horrific intrusive thoughts, horrible anxiety, terrible depression and so on. I barely graduated high school because I was scared of being in class. I couldn't go on freeways, I was unmotivated, I thought life was getting pointless and was even having thoughts that nobody should ever have in their life. Prior to Karine I've been to many therapists and a couple of psychiatrists. Now I know there are many great therapists out there but the ones I experienced didn't seem to genuinely care, or they didn't know how to tackle my problem. That was never the case with Karine. Coming to Karine felt (and still does) feel like I'm taking to a family member. She GENUINELY cares about your life. She cries with me, she laughs with me, she remembers every detail of our previous conversations, and she will take your phone calls during the day if you need an extra boost. I started going to Karine as a boy who was scared of life and didn't know where I was headed. I was sure I was going to be "disabled" forever, my mom would complain that I didn't even have $2 to go to Taco Bell. It was a lot of work, and there where a lot of good and bad moments on my journey but now I'm a changed man. I have my own career, make over 6 figures, know how to deal with my emotions, and I even took a trip to Hawaii recently!! To give you an idea just thinking about driving in the freeway terrified me. This is more of a thank you to Karine. I want to thank you public ally for everything you have done for me. I want to thank you for believing in me when I didn't believe in myself. I want to thank you for always being there for me and genuinely having my best interests at heart. If anybody is still reading this and you feel like you need help in life, whether it be you feel anxious or even if you just feel lost, please do yourself a favor and see Karine. I promise it will be worth it.

I want to say one thing clearly, because I think it keeps people from reaching out. You do not need to be in crisis or carrying a diagnosis to benefit from working with her. Sometimes you just need help navigating the ordinary hard parts of life, and that is where she is at her best. What makes her different is that she meets you exactly where you are. There is no script, no sense of being fit into someone else's idea of what growth should look like. She listens first, really listens, and then builds around what she hears, drawing on hypnotherapy and other methods depending on what you actually need. She creates space for you to say the hard things out loud, and then she stays right there with you. That matters more than I expected. She offers the kind of objectivity that is almost impossible to find on your own or anywhere in your own circle, and you leave with practical tools you can lean on, not just the feeling of having talked it through. My progress felt gradual, and I have come to think that is the whole point. Ella never pushed me faster than I was ready to go. She just kept quietly opening doors, and one day I looked back and realized I had walked through several of them without noticing. Five stars truly does not feel like enough!
