A REAL PAWN SHOP I…read morehave only visited a couple of pawn shops in my life, basically because I wanted to be nosy and just snoop around. The two that I visited in North Georgia were just really selling junk. It just looked like random stuff that they removed from someone's basement and decided to sale. I was really puzzled by the prices they had for jewelry because the price they were requesting for the used items were equal to the price of new items. Many of the items were also in disrepair, missing parts, or just not useable. This pawn shop was different. All items appeared clean and functional. Things were well organized and grouped appropriately. This was a really nice shop and the guy who works here is super nice as well. He was very patient and tolerant of my friend who was bugging him about purchasing coins. If you are interested in selling 14kt gold jewelry, it is now being purchased at $12 per gram. In addition to the main showroom, he had two additional rooms. One room contained musical instruments, primarily guitars and a drum set and there was a tool room that housed all types of electric and manual tools for the handyman or woman. If you are ever in need of a respectable pawn shop, this is probably a good choice.

On January 8 2025 I went into Premiere Pawn Shop and purchased a watch for $30..I wore the watch…read morethe following day on my birthday and I wore it again January 27 when I returned the watch and the clasp separated and dropped with no damage to the watch the clasp just fell off...I went into Premiere Pawn today February 4th 2025..Employee Jason was standing outside...he walked in right before me as I walked up to the counter..I presented him with the watch explaining what happened stating I did not have my receipt he asked for my telephone number I stated that I didn't want a refund just maybe a simpler watch or credit...after looking at the computer for about 3 or so minutes he says sorry he couldn't help me and suggested I take it to Jared's Jewlery to have them repair it and I asked is Premiere Pawn going to pay for the repair he replied No I asked for the store manager he replied I'm the store manager and I asked what the lady who was the store manager each time I'd done business here before he said let me go get her but she's going to tell you the same thing I said please go get her Jason went into the back after a minutes he returned and said come back in a hour she's on lunch but she's going to tell you the same thing..I left the store how can I get a refund or a store credit for my $30 purchase the watch is broken the clasp just slid right off of the watch band..Ernest Butler

I have never been treated so badly by a "business" than I was at this store. After having a ring…read morebought and wearing it for only a month, the dip on the gold ring turned COMPLETELY and wore off. When confronted about the problem, the owner was belligerent, pointed at me and in the end told me to leave the store. I did not raise my voice and was hardly allowed to speak. The owner told me nothing was wrong with it and there was no blemish. He mocked me constantly. I simply wanted them to correct it by dipping it again as any good business should have done for free. Please beware and NEVER do business with these people!
