I spent time with the owner and we agreed I would follow up via phone or email with the base and accessories I wanted. Unfortunately, after calling three times (each time he was unavailable) and emailing with no response, I decided to return in person the following week. The owner wasn't there, and the employee present seemed more interested in closing up for the day than helping me complete the order. He gave multiple excuses for why he couldn't help. We called several places and decided to use First Choice because the gentleman who answered the phone was polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. His name is Mike and I would recommend asking for him. He completely cleaned the unit with a vacuum and brush. He was able to get the blower working as well. He made the glass look like new and realigned the logs and embers for maximum effect.
