Check the State Dept website, which very clearly states this law! Taking your word, I bought two, and they IMMEDIATELY disintegrated upon cutting the head. Both had the wrappers completely unwind, then the binders and fillers crumbled, CRUMBLED in my hands! Having experienced over 4-5 THOUSAND cigars in my 60 years this has never happened before. I visited Key West in June 2015 and stopped in to Purely Paradise because I love soaps and scrubs…read more I purchased the Honey & Lip scrub and the Mango Coconut Hand & Body Sea Salt scrub. I like the Honey & Lip Scrub...it works well, has a pleasant taste and wasn't too rough on my lips. I did not have a good experience with the Mango/Coconut Hand & Body scrub. I hope that I just got an old bad batch because this stuff was terrible. Firstly, the mango/coconut smell was negligible...not that important but it would have been nice if the scrub had actually smelled like its name. I think the oil used was old because it was insanely sticky and not oily. It also smelled like old oil. The sticky film that was left on my body was not easy or fun to remove. I went through two disposable razors (my hair mixed with the sticky residue was a nightmare to clean) and ruined a perfectly good loofah trying to get the muck off of my body. I also spent a ridiculous amount of time scrubbing my shower floor. I hate to leave a bad review but I hope the owner will take note and correct this. It was not a good experience.
