We told two salespeople that we needed to have the delivery men move the old bed from downstairs to upstairs. When the delivery men arrived they refused to move the bed because there was nothing in their notes about moving a bed. The salespeople never bothered to write it down! So the delivery guys said it would be $60, then $30, then $80 to move the bed. As they were leaving, one of the delivery men said, "If your dog comes near me and bites me, I'm going to kick it." They did come back to finish the delivery, but the owner of the company didn't have the professionalism to call us back! They also didn't know how to set up the new bed we purchased. After spending thousands of dollars on furniture there in the past; we will be buying from another furniture store.

The delivery guys were very professional and careful with all the items. Cindy even came with the truck to see my room and help put everything together! We were so happy with the service, quality, and prices that we went back and got a bedroom set, too. When the bed set arrived, one of the side boards had a small issue, so they replaced it with a new one right away. Really can't say enough about Capparella's!

I quickly find out this task was not as easy as I thought as some shops were using some deceptive business practices. They would tease out a low price as a bait and switch tactic or to upsell. So, finally I came across Two Brothers Bicycle Company. They met my two requirements. They advertised the bike I was looking for on sale at the most competitive price around, but they were 200 miles away literally, in another state. Not knowing much about the company, and a little bit apprehensive, I reviewed their site. They looked legit. So, I decided to purchase the bike from them. They did not disappoint. In fact, they exceeded my expectations. Two Brothers Bicycle Company expertly put the bike together in no time, wrapped it tightly and shipped it across the state line. There was no interminably long wait, no beating around the bush, no excuses. The bike arrived so fast that it seemed like a dream. But I just ordered it, I thought. Two Brothers Bicycle Co. did a good job packaging the bike tightly so it arrived safely. The bike arrived in a big box. I thought it was going to be heavy, but it was light about 10-20 pounds. I am not mechanically gifted, but it in less than 30 minutes I was able to unbox and put the bike together. I then performed a pre-ride safety check to made sure the bike was road ready. I took a couple of rides of varying length and levels of difficulty. The fit and seat were comfortable - Check 1. The bike shifted swiftly and smoothly - Check 2. The brakes worked well, no squeaking - Check 3. Two Brothers Bicycle Company delivered on their promise. No tricks, no bait and switch, just a good bike at a good price. What I like about the company is their professional attitude. They don't care whether you're local, national or international, black or white, if you want a good bike at a good price, just check us out, we have one for you. I find them to be highly competent; an honest, reputable company that makes it a pleasure to do business with them. Even though I was miles away from them, they made it a breeze to purchase a bike from them. Now on to those long rides I've been wanting to take. The questions he had weren't rocket science, but he was treated as if he had asked the salesperson to personally drive over to look at our fireplace and offer hours of advice. My husband was even willing to take a look at new fireplaces, but that was also apparently asking for too much effort. When you rely on customers (as businesses do, I hear), it's generally good practice to make *some* effort. Absolutely unimpressed.

Dollar General put a sign on their door, bathroom out of order, cause the clerk said people are only coming in here to use the bathroom. Walked over to Shunks and they said certainly you can use our bathroom. I shop at Dollar general all the time but I have never bought a kitchen from Shunks. If they were that kind knowing I wasn't buying anything, imagine buying a kitchen from them. I highly recommend.
