I visited both Houston locations, and both had the same problems. There were numerous empty…read morecontainers and empty spaces where products should have been. The stores looked poorly stocked and unorganized. At one location, there was only one worker while a reading was being done. I waited over 15 minutes for help. My issue was not simply the wait. My issue was the lack of staff and the overall customer experience. I made a TikTok explaining what I experienced and what I believed needed to change. The video received over 8,000 views, 530 likes, and 79 shares, and my account has over 80,000 followers. Many other have had the same experience as well as many mentioned in the comments. The changes I pointed out were simple: 1. Keep inventory stocked and accurate. 2. Keep the stores organized. 3. Have enough staff to help customers. 4. Have a better system for customers waiting while readings are being done. 5. Take the business and customer experience seriously. Instead of addressing those concerns, the responses from the owners and worker became personal. I was told that the business might simply "not be the space for me" and that I should go somewhere else. I was also told that my experience as a witch online was different from being an in-person practitioner. My concerns were about what I saw and experienced as a paying customer. They did not need to become a personal argument. Being Black-owned does not make a business above criticism. Customers should be able to give honest feedback without being attacked or told to shop somewhere else. I gave specific feedback about both locations. Instead of fixing the problems I pointed out, they chose to argue with me about them.
