Ever since, I've been chasing that same level of grooming glory--and Leah delivers every single time. Despite my inability to remember to book regular appointments (sorry, Leah!), she always welcomes me back with a smile and never fails to work her magic. Been a customer many times before, tip good & have never missed/canceled. I explained the situation to the woman on the phone & upon hanging up received a text invoice for $20 for missing. It's just not good business practice in my opinion and I would be aware before making an appointment here is all. Life happens and empathy would be nice.
