PSA. Buyer beware. If you go to Youngstown Harley Davidson with a problem and they tell you this $300 part will fix it. And it doesn't they'll tell you something else is broke and when it's fixed and hasn't fixed the problem, they'll tell you another part is broke. And that'll fix the problem. When you're almost $800 in and you pick up your bike and it's still not fixed and question it Brian will tell you that Ron is wrong and doesn't know what he's doing or saying. And they'll be happy to take your money and while you're at the cash register and you say that this is ridiculous someone's either lying or incompetent. Nichole will be happy to tell you. You're not welcome there anymore. Pay your bill, leave and don't come back. I guess if you're not buying a $30,000 motorcycle and only want your old bike fixed you're really not a good customer for them. read more

I had a great time here. I stopped in on a trip I took to the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and then to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships. This particular dealership is one I highly recommend stopping at. They have a large showroom and they have a microbrewery leasing space inside the dealership! The micro brewery is AWESOME!!! I left with a filled growler @biker brews. The showroom is of good size and staff was very helpful. I wasn't going to make it before the dealership closed so left me a poker chip at the bar!! This was one of the dealerships I spent the most time on the trip. If I return the area again, I will be back. I'm going to be contacting the brewery to see if they can figure out a way to get their beer to NJ. read more

So I took my 2022 Nightster for its 1k service. The service department was awesome!! Everyone needs a Fergi in their life if they own a Harley!! He is very knowledgeable and always greets us with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Wouldn't take my ride anywhere else but to him. read more

By far the WORST Harley dealership we have ever visited. We walked around looking at bikes for over 20 minutes...nobody said a word to us. We walked over to the parts department and wandered for a few. There was a girl at the desk but she was on the phone and much too engrossed in her conversation (personal not business) to even look up to see that I was standing directly in front of her. And lastly...to the girl in the clothing department...you practically bumped into me...how about a greeting for a customer? Rude clueless staff...stay away!!! read more

OK, I'm a slow learner, I had to be burned here 3 times before I learned - no matter what the convenience, stay away!! Thought I would have something fixed here instead of riding an hour to Adventure H-D. Next time I'll just make the ride in the 35 degree weather , rather than be burned by Biketown AGAIN!!!! Save yourself the hassle and money, go somewhere else and have it fixed right the first time. beware if purchasing a used bike from bike town harley. purchased a 2002 electra glide. bike was in fair condition and did not try to beat them down on price. asked salesman steve davis if the bike would be run through the shop and he assured me it would have a complete P D I before I picked it up. A week after picking up found oil leak, found bolt missing from lower trans pan. started checking other things and found all three fluids had not been changed-completely filthy. took out air filter and it was so dirty and oily i don't think air could get through it. what started out as a dream come true, buying a harley, I hope isn't turning into a nightmare. read more
